Fonix3388 Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1Member Eligibility

Platform fonix3388 is exclusively for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you confirm that you satisfy these requirements:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout your use of the fonix3388 platform.
• You are a legitimate resident or citizen of Malaysia and are accessing this platform from within Malaysia.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under any applicable law or regulation.
• You are registering and playing in a personal capacity, and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not currently under a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion period from any gambling platform.
• The funds you use on fonix3388 are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

fonix3388 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Should any information provided be found to be false, the account will be suspended and the balance may be forfeited. We accept no liability in cases where a minor accesses the platform through identity fraud.

2Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the platform fonix3388. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• All personal information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and identification number.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur.
• One account may only be linked to one phone number, one email address, and one primary payment method.
• fonix3388 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM 1,000.
• Registration by individuals in states or regions where online betting is prohibited is entirely the user's own responsibility.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

fonix3388 supports a wide range of secure and fast Malaysian digital payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Accepted payment methods:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow (all member banks)
• Internet Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Public Bank PBe

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum deposit limit: RM 20 every transaction.
• Deposits will be credited to your account within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation.
• Fonix3388 does not charge any fees for deposits.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the verified member only.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 every transaction.
• Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) are processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX are processed within 1–3 hours on business days.
• Your first withdrawal, or any withdrawal exceeding RM 1,000, may require identity verification (KYC).
• For security and compliance purposes, withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Fonix3388 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any withdrawal deemed unusual.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by fonix3388 subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once only by each new member.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for the welcome bonus is 20x the total bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used in the sections specified in the promotion terms (e.g., sports, casino, or slots).
• Deposits made via certain credit cards or e-wallets may not be eligible for selected promotions.
• Fonix3388 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Promotion abuse — including the use of multiple accounts or coordinating with other members to meet rollover requirements — is a breach of terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash without first meeting the rollover requirements.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on fonix3388 subject to the specific rules governing each sport and bet type. The following general conditions apply to all betting activities:

• All bets accepted and confirmed by the fonix3388 system are final and cannot be cancelled by members, except in cases of technical errors acknowledged by fonix3388.
• Bets will be automatically voided if a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe as defined by the rules of the relevant sport.
• In the event of a disputed result, the official decision of the relevant sports governing body (e.g. FIFA, BWF, Riot Games) shall be used as the final reference.
• Fonix3388 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet suspected to involve match-fixing, fraud, or the use of insider information.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary depending on the bet type, sport, and your VIP membership tier.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed by the system.

6User Responsibilities

As a member fonix3388, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities when using our platform:

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree not to use the fonix3388 platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering.
• You shall not use automated software, bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the fonix3388 system.
• You will not exploit technical errors or bugs in the system. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• You agree not to sell, transfer, or share your account with any other party.
• You agree to use this service responsibly and to seek help should you experience any issues with gambling control.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice and without compensation.

7Account Security

• Contact the fonix3388 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

fonix3388 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

8Account Termination

fonix3388 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Owning or using multiple accounts.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• At the user's own request for voluntary account termination.

Should an account be terminated due to a breach of these terms, fonix3388 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in that account. If termination is at the user's own voluntary request and no breach of terms has occurred, any existing balance will be returned to the user upon completion of identity verification within 7–14 business days.

9Liability Limit

Platform fonix3388 provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fonix3388 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability, accuracy of information, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Fonix3388 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by the user.
• Fonix3388 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government directives.
• Fonix3388's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Fonix3388 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

10Amendments to Terms

fonix3388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the latest version.
• For material amendments, fonix3388 will notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the fonix3388 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect by contacting our support team.

It is the user's responsibility to check this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest version in effect.

11Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the platform fonix3388 shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform operator. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between a member and fonix3388 shall be referred to binding arbitration.

• Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Malay or English by mutual agreement.
• The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
• No collective or class action is permitted against fonix3388 — all claims must be filed on an individual basis.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
